To register for Lomira services you must meet the eligibility criteria below and provide accurate information. Certain workshops or offerings may have additional prerequisites outlined on the relevant program page.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll in paid programs. Minors may participate only with verifiable parental or guardian consent where permitted by applicable law.

Users must use services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Activities that violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights or attempt to manipulate course outcomes are prohibited.

Availability of services may be limited by local laws and regulations. Enrollment may be restricted to users located in jurisdictions where Lomira is authorized to operate, including Singapore (SG).

Account Management

Creating an account enables access to course materials, community features and personalized learning pathways. Account management practices are described below along with illustrative examples and scenarios for common issues.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete account information. Scenarios such as employer-sponsored enrollment require timely updates to payment and organizational details.

Keep your account credentials secure. Use strong passwords, avoid sharing login details and enable any provided security features. If you suspect unauthorized access, follow the incident scenarios in our help center and notify support immediately.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by Lomira. Institutional licenses for group use are available under separate agreements.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and follow the verification steps outlined in our response scenario guide. Lomira will work with you to secure the account and document the event.

Lomira may suspend or restrict access to an account if there is suspected abuse, security risk or breach of these Terms. Suspension decisions are based on documented incidents and relevant case reviews.

Services and Offerings

Lomira delivers workshops, online courses, assessments and coaching focused on conscious wealth and economic mindset. Course content includes real-world case studies, role-play scenarios and practical exercises designed to improve business behaviors and decision-making skills. Descriptions on the site outline scope and typical outcomes without promising specific business results.

Lomira may modify course content, schedules, features and pricing. When changes affect enrolled participants materially, we will communicate options and timelines and provide case-based examples of how previous cohorts navigated similar changes.

Services are hosted on third-party platforms and may be disrupted due to maintenance, outages or force majeure. Contingency scenarios and rescheduling policies are documented in program materials.

User Conduct and Rules

To preserve a constructive learning environment, users must adhere to the following rules and expected behaviors. Complaints and enforcement follow progressive case-handling procedures.

• Respectful engagement: no harassment, hate speech or discriminatory conduct in live sessions or community forums.
• Accurate representation: do not impersonate others or misrepresent credentials during enrollment or participation.
• No illegal activity: do not use the platform to plan, support or promote illegal actions.
• Intellectual property respect: do not reproduce or redistribute paid course materials without authorization; educational citations should follow attribution scenarios provided.
• Appropriate use of resources: avoid disruptive behavior in live sessions, do not attempt to bypass access controls or course limits.
• Responsible feedback: critical feedback is welcome when presented constructively and with reference to concrete examples or scenarios.

User Content and Contributions

Users may submit content to community areas, discussion boards, or course assignments. We rely on clear ownership rules and practical examples to manage contributor rights and responsibilities.

You retain ownership of original content you create and submit, subject to the license you grant Lomira to use that content for educational purposes and platform operation.

By submitting content you grant Lomira a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display your submissions within our platform and related promotional materials, always accompanied by contextual examples and attribution where appropriate.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your submissions. Content that violates laws or these Terms may be removed following a documented review scenario.

Requests for removal of user content will be processed according to the removal scenarios outlined in our content policy; removal is subject to review and any legal retention obligations.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, activity, logos and proprietary methodologies provided by Lomira are protected by intellectual property laws. Materials are licensed for personal educational use and should not be republished or resold without express permission.

• Do not reproduce course content for commercial redistribution without written permission.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or attempt to reverse-engineer learning platform code or proprietary assessments.
• Respect activity and branding: do not use Lomira branding in a way that implies endorsement without authorization.

Paid Services and Fees

Paid programs include one-off purchases, bundled course access and subscription services. Pricing and payment terms are shown at checkout and in program descriptions, along with practical examples of billing scenarios.

Program prices are displayed in the currency relevant to the offering and include a clear breakdown of taxes and fees where applicable. Promotional rates and discounts are time-limited and documented with scenario examples.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges as described at checkout. Receipts and transaction records are available in your account.

Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal. Renewal notifications and case examples explain how to manage subscriptions and avoid unwanted charges.

Refunds may be available under defined conditions such as duplicate charges or technical delivery failures. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; examples of past refund scenarios are used to guide consistent outcomes.

Cancellation policies differ by program. For workshops and limited-seat events, cancellation windows and replacement options are described on the program page and in email confirmations.

Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases. Lomira will collect taxes where legally required and provide documentation in payment receipts.

Lomira may change pricing for future enrollments. Existing enrollments are charged at the price agreed at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Non-payment or failed payment may result in access suspension. We provide remediation scenarios and a process to restore access once payment issues are resolved.

Disclaimer

Upon termination, access to course materials may be revoked and any outstanding fees remain payable. Termination does not affect rights that, by their nature, are intended to survive such action (for example, intellectual property obligations).
